Nigerian schoolgirl Chika Anuonye who went missing in Croydon found alive and well

Nigeria schoolgirl Chika Anuonye who went missing in Croydon over the weekend has been found alive and well after an intensive search that involved the local police making a public appeal.   Chika, 12, who lives at Gloucester Road in Croydon, was last seen at around noon on Saturday September 20. At the time of her disappearance Chika was seen wearing a pair of rainbow pattern trousers when she went missing and the police issued a photo of her asking members of the public to volunteer any useful information if they had any.   She has since been found, however and the Croydon police have issued a statement to that effect. A police spokesman said:"She has since been found safe and well."   At the time she went missing, Chika was described as a black female, five feet tall and of slim build. She had her hair plaited in long black braids
