Finance Minister, Kemi Adeosun, reacts to Ezekwesili's claim of this administration operating an opaque and archaic economic policy

Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, this morning reacted to claims by former Education Minister, Oby Ezekwesili, that the Buhari-led administration was operating opaque and archaic economic policies. Ezekwesili had on Saturday April 30th during her speech at the Platform Abuja, berated the Buhari-led government of applying the command and rule system of governance that he once used when he was a military leader. Adeosun reacted to Ezekwesili's claim while spoke on Channels TV this morning.
“I disagree with Mrs Ezekwesili. The present government has a planned economy and does not operate a command and control economic system as alleged by the former minister.
There are no quick solutions to the current economic woes. We are going to pump N350 billion into the economy until we see growth. The job will be done painstakingly, and we will come out of it better,” she said.
